Hi there!
When I quit nursing my 3rd child he was 18 months old. I got my first period after about a month and was it a doozy!! I had only mild cramping/ discomfort in the past so this was a shock. I even took pain killers whicg I am against. After 3 cycles(only mildly uncomfortable), I became pregnant with my 4th child and she is now 9 months old and off the breast for 1.5 months. I still have not gotten my period and I'm considering some type of emmemogogue. If I'm not pregnant again that is.... LOL.
Has anyone tried Hulda's recipe? Thanks for any suggestions.
