Hey guys..i've been a vegetarian all my life due to religion. it's great..i love being one and can't picture my life eating meat. the problem is though i think i'm not getting enough omega 3(because i can't eat fish either) and iron. I was searching through the nutrition section on http://www.healthsiteguide.com and found some websites that were really helpful in realizing that i may have a vitamin/mineral deficiency. What are good vegetarian sources of omega 3 and iron?
