5 pounds is great! I went down 3.
I was also awakened quite a bit last night, but felt good, so walked for 30 min on treadmill. I tried to do just water today, but after walking needed something. I drank carrot juice and will drink a P&B apple cider shake tonight.
I am also going to dring some smooth move tea tonight. I feel kind of bloated from the 3 p&b shakes from Monday.
Next three days will be tough, cause I have a three day course. I hope p&b shakes for breakfast and carrot juice for lunch with water in between will be enough to keep me thinking and focused.
Never heard that about scars before...interesting.
