Doing a 40 day fast, starting 2/7 and going through 3/18. I will start with P&B shakes (psyllium and Bentonite) and colonics for five or six days, then try just water. If the Water Fast gets too intense, I will add juice for a while then try just water again. I want to loose at least 45 pounds with this fast.
I hope I can do this. I've done shorter fast before with one being partly just water. I made a top ten list for staying motivated and will read it every day. It also helps staying on the fasts by reading success stories. Reading lengendary's posts during my last fast helped me stay motivated.
