I have a question. How do you keep enough energy in your body to do so much gym whilst you are fasting. Secondly I thought it would be worthwhile for you to get a body fat measurement done if thats at all possible to ensure that what you lose on this fast is really fat and not muscle. I think doing so much gym with so little energy would most definately eat into your muscles and slow down your metabolism. A body fat measurement would keep your mind at ease that what you are doing wouldnt hurt your body.
While I think a longer term approach would be a bit more sensible I wish you luck.
