Thanks, i really appreciate the outline of all that information. It will be helpful. I would like to lose a lot of weight quickly, but I am also looking into afasting for a longer period of time and trying to do, as you suggested, a 20 day fast or something where it wil be a more permanent weight loss. the most i've ever done is a 3 day fast and it was for religious purposes. i'd like to lose the 20 or 30 pounds by fasting and working out. so i'm just going to fast, colon cleanse, and workout and we'll see how long it takes me! thanks for the info!
