I meant for a short amount of time, like for a week. Usually, as I've learned on here at least, at the beginning of a fast, you lose the most weight. I know a lot of people I've read about have had insane amounts of weight loss in short amounts of time. I was wondering if any of them had lost 3 pounds in a day and how they did it (if they did). Some people have siad they lost 20 pounds in 10 days (which is 2 pounds a day) so I was only curious.
