I have 30 lbs. to lose by the middle of January.
My plan is to start off on the Atkins Induction
plan for 20 days, hopefully to kick start some
weight loss (maybe 5 - 7 lbs) then will do a
water only fast for probably 14 or 21 days.
When I come off the fast, I will eat salad
greens and veggies only for a week or so, then
do Atkins as a way of eating. Any advice
or opinions are welcome.
