I don't know if it's possible but I'm praying that I'm able to drop at least 7 more pounds over the next 5 days Water Fasting before Thanksgiving. I have only cheated over the past 4 days with fruit (1 or 2 green apples/day) I'm at 114 today~ UGH!!! It's not dropping as fast this time around. Do you guys think my body is holding on to the fruit and storing it at fat? Also, do you think fruit is really bad to cheat with??? My reasoning was that eating the apple would be less calories/carbs/sugar than drinking juice, (for example apple juice lots of sugar), and it would be rather filling too. Hmmmmm.... I'm confused!
I think I have to be totally strict now.
Anyone's advice would be very much appreciated:)
