How do you all fight the cravings?? I try ot use mental capacity and picture myself thinner, but I can't hlep wanting food ALL THE TIME!! I feel like since i've begun fasting, I want to eat more than when I wasn't fasting!!! Its driving me insane!
Please help with any suggestion!! How has everyone done so far? I'm going for a 20 day fast, i'm surrently 5'8" and 170, how much do you think I'll lose? Has anyone lost a lot before on the same sort of deal?
