Okay let's start tomorrow! I am a college student too and totally relate to you with the whole studying/snacking thing, especially at night! It seems like I could go all day and then once night time comes I loose it. I've found that chewing sugarfree gum helps and even brushing my teeth will distract me from wanting to eat something. Or I'll drink hot water from a coffee mug & it soothes me. When all else fails just force yourself to drink more water. Just keep picturing how beautiful you are going to look & feel once you loose that 15lbs( for me it's 20lbs:(... and we will do it!!!
