Fear is the absence of God - as manifested by Satan and all of his principalities, powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness to those who do not know God. For the bible says that perfect LOVE casts out all fear.

We are somewhat in agreement on this - not that we need the negative or destructive...that is what we are without God. And God has given us a choice to live in love and light and goodness as we surrender to love Him. God gave us free will to choose Him - because love without choice is not true love. Have you ever had someone love you because of what it benefitted them or out of compulsion? It is a cheap love and worse than that...deceptive.
