I do not believe God spoke 'to' the biblical prophets. He may have spoken 'through' them, but that is different. He speaks (and even acts) through poor little old me on rare occasions, when I manage to get out of 'myself' and do something meaningful to aid and assist others in some small way and ask for nothing in return.

He speaks thorough lots of people. However that is not the word of God. God is beyond mire words in the physical plane. However he manifests everywhere, in everything...
