All I was addressing, is that eating of eggs is not vegan, and there are options to them.
Many people are healthy without eggs. AND as long as you eat the WHOLE egg, there is no Cholesterol issue-NEVER has been, NEVER will be, this is all old news. Thanks Chaz for the informative Choline info, BUT this still does not mean that you HAVE to eat eggs. Chelation can come from a variety of methods, and vegan.
In fact, vegan chelators are probably better for a myriad of reasons.
Personally, I choose not to consume any eggs,unless they are from a farmers chicken-like meat, I dont subscribe to buying them from a store for a plethora of reasons.
