Well, I cant tell u exactly what would be causing ur hair to fall out. I know toxins can cuase hair to fall out, and im sure lack of vitamins could be a culprit too. I notied from what u listed that ur eating , it seems kinda lacking. U should try to include alot of good fats. LIke coconuts, coconut oil, avacadoes, olive oil, flaxmeal (omega 3 fatty acids), expecially the flaxmeal, and lots of nuts and seeds. And try throwingin grains too, liek base your meals around them, the fruit thing, that can be kinda a prob cuz ur missing out on a lot of good stuff there. You also should be including beans and leguems for protien aside from the soy. I would also take a good multi. (i recommend new chapter.....very good stuff...all natural)I would also (if u havent ) research all u can till ur eyes fall out on vegan nutrition, here is a good starter
