I've been on a strict vegan diet for the last month and a half or so. I'm only eating vegetables, soy, nuts and seeds. I haven't been eating fruit except tomatoes since I suffer from insulin resistance. At any rate, I have noticed that in this past month my hair at my temples has been thining. I am a female and have always had ridiculously full thick hair all my life. I'm wondering if the thinning hair could be cause by some sort of vitamin or mineral deficiency, any ideas?
