i'm currently a lacto-ovo vegetarian but i would really like to eventually become vegan. the problem is, well it's sort of a problem, i really really can't stand the taste of soy milk!
it makes me want to puke. i tried it for the first time a few nights ago and was almost sick. i know the milk isn't old or anything, i just bought it and the expiration date isn't for awhile. i just can't stand the taste!
is this something that happens to people normally? will i just have to keep trying it bit by bit and adjust? or am i doomed to just hate it?
also, if i can't drink soy milk, what else am i supposed to drink? i've heard of rice milk..or something like that, but if it's anything like soy milk tastes, that won't work either.
