I found a pretty good site for recipies. It looks like it might have a lot of what you are looking for!
I tried the search using the term vegetarian, but since it only looks at the title of the recipe, I don't think this is the way to go. Don't include a search term. Instead, just check the boxes of the foods that you want excluded from the search. The boxes you may want excluded from the search include wheat, gluten, red meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs and some others. When you look up the recipes that are left, there are quite a few. Also, you are able to select what nutritional values you are looking for. You could look for high protein, low sodium, low B12, high E, etc.
The site seems pretty good and may be what you are looking for.
