Cleanse the Colon

Eliminations during the Master-Cleanse and a Juice Fast are primarily the same. Tea/SWF does not relieve bloating. I had a colonic the last day of my 4 day juice fast which did not relieve the bloating. My stomach was less bloated after I started eating again, go figure.
