Hi, I use proactiv also along with my strict diet. I never really broke out with cysts or blackheads. I just had a whitehead every once in a while. So I only use it once a day. They say to use it twice a day, but my Acne doesn't require me to use it twice a day. Now I don't get any zits. Make sure to always use a good lotion or cream on your face because benzoyl peroxide is a drying agent. But the benzoyl peroxide doesn't dry out my face at all, but I still use a lotion or cream during the day and I use aloe vera on my face at night. Tweet
