Y'know, I don't know WHAT to call 'em...but I used to have 'em! :(
I eat basically organic/low meat/low dairy (with the occasional flush as needed) and have recently started taking pharmaceutical grade fish oil (to help me ease off of anti-depressants), and you know what? The buggers have disappeared!
I chalk it up to a bad imabalance of fatty acids in my system that was balanced by the fish oil...but I haven't had the time to research it 'scientifically'.
