Perioral dermatitis. Help!

I've had this for over five years. Changed my skincare and toothpaste to all natural. Changed my makeup to mineral makeup (using Cory). That's helped a little bit but not entirely. Tried different creams and ointments (tea tree oil, shea butter and recently immuderm) but nothing has worked. I know I should cut out dairy but that's hard to do (ice cream lover). I want to try natural approaches before I get frustrated and ask for medication from the doctor which may not even work. Any ideas?
