Just read Bob's story - it was very interesting, and will be looking into a
lot of the things he tried later in his search as much of what he tried
during the first half of his struggle is also my story.
However, I just want to point out one thing. It is incorrect to say
L-tryptophan is not available at all. L-tryptophan IS available, albeit
only with a prescription from an MD. I get mine from a compounding pharmacy
in TX, The Medicine Shoppe, and use it in conjunction with melatonin.
And, actually from what I've been reading, it's probably better to take
5-htp (the precursor to L-tryptophan and other things) anyway, which IS
readily available in health food stores. I'm considering changing to see if
I can actually tell a difference.
