I have been studying the amazing benfits of mixing flaxseed oil with suphurated proteins. My problem is that when I do this with cottage cheese or yogurt, I bloat up like a ballon - dairy products and I don't get along too well. Yet, I have been unable to find out what sulphurated proteins really are, other sources of them, or even the content equivalent of them to other foods.
I ordered Budwig's book, with the hopes that the info is in there, but have yet to receive it, and the cancer in my body isn't holding out. I am still taking the FSO mixed with soy milk in the hopes that might be helpful, but I would really like to know if it is an adequate source, and if so, what ratio I should be using.
