My Bloodwork + Liver Cleansing

[I crossposted to the Cholesterol Forum also (with minor changes), seeking help.]
This is from my latest bloodwork, after 12 hours of fasting.

LIPID
Total Cholesterol 207mg/dL
Triglycerides 40mg/dL
HDL Cholesterol 58mg/dL
LDL Cholesterol 141mg/dL

Glucose Fasting 83mg/dL

This was before I did Liver Cleansing two days ago. They also found a polyp in my gall bladder during ultrasound.

I have a few questions:
1) Does my triglycerides look okay? Am I too low? I somehow feel I don't generate enough heat as my hands and feet feel cold in winter. Any healthy way to increase triglycerides?
2) At the end of liver cleansing, after I had my last drink of Epsom Salt (and lots of diahrrea), my left leg began to pull and I felt really weak. I couldn't stand for too long and my heart beat really fast, so I rested on my bed. Is it because I was low on triglycerides and minerals? Did I do more harm than good to my body for all that stress? Or is such experience of weakness pretty common?
