MEENA....If you will just watch your portions...eat kind of healthy...and do this
walking program as described above...you WILL lose weight...and lose it fast
enough to keep you content. Spreading out the walking throughout the day...
coupled with walking the 5 miles...will just work...that's all there is to it.
After 31 years of trying to lose 15 pounds...I was just shocked to see just how
