I've very sensitive to many supplements and years ago i tried the essences and found that i even reacted to them. I've been cleansing and i think i'm a little less hypersensitive however i was wondering if i take the flower essences behind the ear or on the wrist are they less effective?
I have some deep rooted issues that i've been dealing with for years so i feel i need the maximum strength, so i need to know if they are just as effective this way.
Another question. I feel so out of touch with who i really am. I have so many issues. I could identify with so many of the flower essences. I started with the Rescue and pine. So one told me these are only good for band aiding problems. What do you guys think?
How long should i give these to help? Thanks so much for your help.
