So, Blueduck gave you a great link so you can see what they look like. The Bach Flower people still make the essences the way that Dr. Bach made them back in the 30's...check out the site below. Also, since they're made in England, if you can't find them in health food/herb shops in Spain you can probably find an on-line either Spanish store or England store to keep your shipping costs down.

Oh...I found the Bach Center site (in England) and it actually has a Spanish version of the site...so you might be able to find a store near you that sells the Bach Flower Essences...?

Chestnut Bud will definitely help if you feel that you are not learning some specific lessons. If you feel the same lessons are replayed time and time again then you might want to add Chestnut Bud to the mix, Cielo!
