Wondering about Substitutes

I'm wondering if it's possible to make some substitutes. Can Celtic Sea Salt be used in place of Epsom? Can I use Flax oil instead of olive oil?

I'm really excited to try this, but would rather use those ingredients if they will work just as well. Tweet
