First Flush... Results not in yet!!!

Hi fellow Flushers, :)

I made some last minute changes after speaking with a new Chiropractor that began at my Chiropractors office and began my flush on Sunday... I followed a flush by Paul Oberdorf which begins by taking fresh & natural apple juice with a product called "Super Phos" (phospherous, choline & inositol solution) for 3 days... The third day (yesterday), 3 hrs after dinner you prepare and quickly drink the flush mix which includes Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon, 1 cup of Classic Coke and 1 cup of Pure Virgin Olive Oil... You then lay on your rightside for 30 mins with knees up in a fetal position... (Epson salt is optional...)I also took an Herbal Laxative just before getting to sleep...

It all went down fine, looked mighty disgusting... I felt pretty lousy not long afterwards and slept fairly well... This morning I'm drained and have aches and pains all over my abdominal and back areas... As I write this to you, I can feel pressure building for what I hope is the beginning and a nasty day...

Anyway, Thanks guys... I appreciate the support I've received to date and will report the conclusion later today or tomorrow...
