I had to laugh when you said your family thinks you're nuts! For 25 years, I have been the butt of many jokes within my own family because I believe in "preventative maintenance" regarding my body. I am far from perfect, but I do try. My Father-in-law is a Dr. so I am careful in regard to what I say to him. I love being able to talk to you, my new friends, about things I am so interested in!!

Yes, I believe I have seen parasites after doing the parasite cleanse and the zapper. They were the rice- looking critters I have seen posted.

Your next cleanse---the day of your cleanse---nothing to eat or drink after 2:00 p.m. You won't be hungry or thirsty, either. I don't know how that works---it just works!!
