As you may know, milk is controversial and I believe that drinking regular milk is not good for the body (except raw milk). My question is:
If milk is not good and people make kefir and yogurt out of milk, does that mean that drinking kefir and yogurt out this kind of milk is not good for the body? If it is the probiotics that we are after, we can always take some probiotic food supplement. What is the real story? Help.
