Re: A poll and some questions:
Hi Shelby
Sorry that you felt unwell during your flush. My question to you is, did you do a
parasite cleanse prior to your flush? It would appear that people who have a
parasite infestation tend to experience worse symptoms during liver cleanses. Whilst it does not seem essential to do a
parasite cleanse first, it seems that most people who do, experience fewer adverse reactions to the flush and get better results. Anyway, you can never be truly healthy if you are hosting parasites.
I am also vegan on a high raw diet supplemented with lots of good quality raw oils such as UDOs and flax. I feel that this is important.
I have done 10 flushes following diagnosis of gallstones.
I did a parasite cleanse and purchased a Zapper (found on Dr Clarks site) after I started passing
parasites with the second flush. I felt much better after this.
My gallbladder pain has pretty much gone now, but I am taking probiotics and anti yeast herbs as I feel that my digestion is not optimal at the moment.
I am now only getting perhaps five or six stones out now and this has not changed for two flushes. I will continue to flush until clear and then do a maintenance flush about every six months.
Between flushes five and seven, I experienced quite a lot of pain, but this went away after the seventh flush.
I don' t have a favourite recipe, but have tried just about all of them including Classic Coke and the most often used olive oil and grapefruit juice. I have tried several different oils e.g. sesame, sunflower, flax (all cold pressed) and several juices including tangerine, apple and even ginger cordial. All have worked. Sipping ginger cordial helps with nausea.
I hope this helps
