I agree with you Cathay! I work in a hospital and I can tell you from experience... doctors are of the opinion that the gallbladder and the appendix are useless and recommend having them removed as a precautionary measure to prevent future health problems. This is no joke! As a matter of fact, some doctors will suggest just going ahead and removing both in the same procedure if the patient will agree to it. This proves that conventional medicine is totally in the dark and prefers to remain that way when it comes to alternative methods. About a year ago I was experiencing severe pains every time I would eat and my doctor automatically said 'your gallbladder needs to come out'. They did an ultrasound and found that I had "polyps" in my GB and recommended that I have it removed. I agreed and they did it laparoscopically. The next day, my pains were still there! It turned out that I had an ulcer! So thanks to my doctor I am without a gallbladder that probably should have been left alone in the first place. This just shows how knife happy some surgeons are.
