Washed Kefir cause milk are not seperate to whey and casine. help!

I have some question.

I leave kefir grain in pasturized milk for a day and milk was turn in to Whey and Casine (Look like tofu)

Then, I washed the kefir grain (Tofu part) and rinse milk in kefir grain again.

Next day passed, around 36 hours... Now, Milk are not turn to Whey and casine.. some liquid still have fat included.

So, I should not wash kefir grain. What I should do with the tofu part then, please? just ignore it and rinse more milk over on it??
