I am new to this and it is so very helpful to be able to read all this from other people and what they have found to be
benificial with the experience.. I am so glad, I at least have started this new life of purging stones. Better to have
done it years ago, but I again, didn't know or more accurate is I didn't believe it.. Now I do. But I just want to thank
everyone for their input and suggestions.. It is great to have friends who can help in our mutual qwest for better
