Re: Just completed 1st flush... Thanks Jas & So. Belle!
I appreciate all the encouragement and advice. :) In my search for alternative methods I have been mainly going it alone until I found this website. I have tried many methods to relieve my candidiasis and I have found that it is a VERY stubborn parasite! But it wasn't until I found this site that I learned that some of my problems I thought were Candida related, may actually be Liver related. I hope the coming days and weeks reveal this to be true.
You're right Southern Belle, I do feel better today. I seem to have more energy and I'm thinking much more clearer. I didn't actually 'count' all the stones, but I'm sure there were several hundred of them. This morning was when they started coming out in the greatest numbers. Anyways, I'm going to enjoy feeling good as long as I can because I have not felt good for many years. And I will take your advice and stay away from corn before my next flush. :) I was so nervous about my first flush I fasted all day before starting it. Maybe I had so much bile backed up that it caused the stones to be pushed out so soon. I don't know if this is possible, since I'm only an novice 'flusher'. lol
So.Belle, you said you just did a flush last week and Dr. Clark says to wait for 2 weeks. Do you find that you are able to tolerate doing it this often? I'm afraid that while flushing my liver I may also be flushing out electrolytes and other things our body needs to work efficiently. Although I come from a medical background, I am not too versed on the physiological effects of regular flushes. But I do know how I feel after a bout of gastroenteritis! And this causes similar frequent trips to the bathroom after which you feel like you've been totally drained of all your energy.
Thanks again, ladies, for all your help.
Gary
