Prickling feeling in liver or gallbladder?

I have not yet done a liver flush, but have been doing a parasite/bowel cleanse for several weeks now with lots of juicing. Today I had mildly uncomfortable prickling sensations around my gallbladder/liver...something like rapid little pin pricks. I'm hoping this is stuff clearing out of bile ducts. Has anyone felt this while doing liver/gallbladder cleanses? I'm not worried, just wondering how to recognize what is happening inside. Tweet
