Re: What about " Malic acid prior to flush? "

Hi Jerry,

I know what you mean for 2 weeks of 2 months,I literally was pureying my food or eating baby food because of lack of digestion and liver discomfort. However after cleansing my digestion has been restored. The more cleanses I do the better my digestion. In regards to the Malic Acid, I have tried both juicing 12 granny smith apples (superior to other apples in getting the malic acid effect or so I've read) and at other times just taking 1-2 malic acid pills (Do one or the other not both). They both work wonders, especially the 2 malic acid pills. I had a rush of what appeared to be diarrhea but was actually stagnant bile from the liver/gallbladder area. Also I had also tried a liver juice I made myself on the day of my flush, 4 granny smith apples, 1/2 beet and root (DO NOT juice more beets than this because it is very potent and some people have gotten allergic reactions such as hives, laryngitis etc.. from using more than 1/2 a beet and root) so 1/2 is more than enough for this juice and 1 big carrot is optional (Works wonders in flushing the liver).

P.S. If you do the malic acid pills the only down size to this I found was you will have intense diarrhea for 1 day or so and it kinda burns. Now I'm taking Gold Coin Grass to break my stones down. I have a big one I know it that I can't seem to pass. Visit www.sensiblehealth.com to read about Gold Coin Grass.
