------------------------
Dear all,
I would like to share with you the following story based on my true
life experience.
Since early 1995, I had problems with severe pains (abdominal spasms/cramps with a lot of wind in the stomach), at the front and at the back in upper right side of the abdomen. After seeing the doctors and staying twice in the ward for a few days due to difficulty in breathing (not asthma), stomach cramps and back pain, the results from ultrasound scanning, X-ray, blood and urine tests were negative.
Despite taking a lot of medication, my problem still persisted. I felt frustrated not knowing what is wrong with my body. In January 2001, after an ultrasound scan, it showed there were five 0.6
cm Gallstones in my gallbladder. On 30/5/2001, the doctor at another hospital confirmed that one of the stones has increased to 0.8
cm in size and a few clustered stones could be seen on the screen.
After following the recipe below, a few hundred of stones came out and the biggest size was 1.8 cm!!!
I used Hulda's Recipe
---------------------------------------
Below is the summary of Hulda's recipe:
---------------------------------------
Take no oily or fat food till 2 p.m. (fruits and juices).
2 - 5.30 p.m. Do not drink or eat anything.
Preparation on how to make
Epsom Salt mixture
---------------------------------------------------------------
Mix one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate BP) obtainable from Guardian Pharmarcy with 3/4 cup of water. You can make this early and put in the fridge as it would be nicer to take it when it is cold. Make 4 cups
6.00 p.m. Drink
Epsom Salt mixture (1st cup).
8.00 p.m. Drink
Epsom Salt mixture (2nd cup).
9.45 - 10.00 p.m. Mix half cup of olive oil with juice of one lemon and stir well.
Drink slowly using straw at 10.00 p.m.
Lie down immediately back elevated slightly and lie absolutely still for 20 minutes. Then lie flat on your back and go to sleep without moving your body and keep still till the next morning.
6.00 a.m Drink epsom salt mixture.(3rd cup).
8.00 a.m. Drink epsom salt mixture.(4th cup).
You will start going to the toilet to pass out the
Gallstones if any. The gallstones may float and harder may sink!
Note:
------
1st attempt in February 2001
--------------------------------------
Unsuccessful (no stones came out). The next day, I drink fresh apple juice every morning on empty stomach (preferably green apples) and also apple cider vinegar with honey. I also take them when I have pain.
2nd attempt on 3/6/2001
--------------------------------
I also take a few herbs which are recommended by my friends. I
continue to take fresh apple juice, apple cider and honey until today. To my surprise, there were a few hundred gallstones that came out and was about 4 times more than those in the pictures above. These gallstones melted within a few days and I have thrown them away.
Here are 4 pictures of my stones

May 2002
------------
Recently, the ultrasound scan pictures showed that there are still a few more gallstones in my gall bladder.
Since then, there is still some pain but not as bad as before after I have done many times doing this flushing.
Two weeks ago, I saw a few small gallstones being flushed out and will not give up doing this flushing process from time to time.
Please pass on this story to your friends who suffer like me. You can help them to try to remove their gallstones naturally and even prevent the gall bladder from being removed surgically!
I believe in helping others by sharing this story and can make a difference in someone's life.
Regards,
Chaw
