Re: Help needed on liver cleanse

> Im new to this sort of thing and have no idea whats going on so if anyone could help me that would be great. I was reading about the Hulda Clark method of cleansing, which seemed a lot like all the others (grapefruit juice, Epsom Salts , apple juice, and some other stuff I can't remember), and it gave me a few questions. First of all, how safe is it to get all these stones moving again and floating around through all sorts of important tubes in my body? What if they get stuck again?

Mike,

This question is FAQ, answered in Liver Flush FAQ - link to that page is below this message.

Also, if you read previously posted messages you will have more idea ...

> Are these stones different than kidney stones, or have they just not reached the kidneys yet or what?

Bile stones are totally different and have nothing in common with kidney stones.

kidney stones are much better dissolved, before you try to pass them.

Bile stones can be passed whole.

> My last question was that at the end of a Juice treatment, I believe this was the treatment I could be wrong, it requested a "coffee enema". Am I thinking of the right kind of enema here, cause I really don't want to do that!

Below this message there is a link "Enema".
There you can read more about coffee enema.
There are different Liver Flush recipes & enema is just a part of some of them.

Common enema is only for washing colon.

Epsom Salt is "Oral enema" - it washes whole GI tract, from your mouth to your anus.
