Can't seem to get on the Kefir site that was posted. Did you make your own Kefir and hopefully it is Sugar free.Would you be good enough on posting the recipe for making your onw Kefir. I have make my own yogurt but I am off all dairy on the Candida diet for now. I am allowed Kefir (no sugar) Can you help Tweet
