Ok..I know this is really throwing it out there and the answer is purely subjective, but where is the best place to see recommended food options...I haven't truly decided if I want to go all vegetarian..I love seafood, chicken, etc..
I simply adore cheese, is there a less evil cheese? Is butter ok? breads? (whole grain, but do I have to go to a health food store?)
What about Equal as a sweetener in Iced tea? is that ok? Non-Dairy creamers in coffee? (That is if I decide to go back to coffee)
