You need two lots of senna, and if those don't work..more. How long after your nighttime senna do you poo? For me it takes about four to six hours before it kicks in. If I drink it at 7 am before work, it's between 11 am and one pm that I have to take a crap. Drinking one dose of senna won't get things cleared the way you need them to be. imho.
