THE POINT IS..yes, you can be rude at times...
And thats ok..but not neccessary! She was mearely giving out info! THats what we all do! Yes, she was giving out info that was already in the Master-Cleanse book, who cares??? THATS WHAT WE ALL HAVE BEEN DOING!!! IN FACT I REMEMBER READING ONE OF YOUR posts about MAple syrup...and YEP you gave the same info that was in the book!
