i have not used the salt water flush. i just take herbal senna at night and in morning. i certainly hav ehad the cleansing action of the "butt pee" but a tleas ti can toodle to b room with out accidents. if i wasnot semi handicappe di would have doen the swf. i also put my cayenne ic cpasule s since it burns my lips.
ps if you feel gassy goto b room lol don't risk it!!
