serious health issues, I NEED HELP

I am 54 yrs old, last week i started experiencing an excuriating pain behind my left ear, it was like i had a crook in my neck, the pain got worse so i took some advils, did an enema and felt better but the pain moved to the right side of my neck, then the next day it moved to my lower neck and shoulders...all this has been followed by flu like syptoms...runny nose, coughts, etc. i know i nd to cleanse, and need advise an/or instructions. i try to eat healthy take vitamin c,b, lecthin and DPA, i am thinking of doing a juic fast this week...any help is appreciated Tweet
