Continue heart medication during Master Cleanser?

I want to do The Master Cleanser by S. Burroughs. Currently take (blood thinner) aspirin, (beta blockers)lisinopril, metoprolol, (cholesterol lowering) simvastatin and also psyllium husks.
Do they interfere or hinder the cleanse?
Or does the cleanse obstruct the effect of those drugs?
Is it dangerous to stop taking the heart drugs alltogether during the fast?

Note that the book of Stanley Burroughs does not address medication. Only vitamins or protein.
