Liver Flush Surprise
OK, so I'm doing a liver flush. It's my third one. I did the Dr, Schulze one the first two times. The first time was good, got stones. The second time the fasting didn't work out for me and my whole system just kind of shut down so nothing was moving.
So, on the tail end of this third time, I decide to shake things up a bit by doing the Clark cleanse too. While perusing this site, I review the
parasite stuff.
Now, being a somewhat impatient person who can't wait sometimes to order the product, I trundle off to my awesome health store and discover a tincture of
Wormwood , walnut, and clove. Bam, sounds good to me and I start taking it for the 2 days leading up to my Clark cleanse. I know, I know, I'm supposed to take it for a couple of weeks and stop before the cleanse. But of course I do it anyway. And as I'm drinking it down, I'm telling all those little
parasites they're about to get annihilated. I'm joking around, saying "Come on you little @*(!@*&%' s, take some of this!" etc. ewtc. and laughing maniacally.
I'm thinking it can't hurt, and probably nothing will happen. La la la. So the night before my cleanse, I feel a kind of squirmy sensation in my intestines. I've been paying attention to my body of late, and I can tell a squirm from a gurgle. I did the smart thing, which was trying immediately to think of anything besides what sort of thing might be in me and thinking of any movie besides Aliens.
Began the Clark cleanse. Oh, by the way, I really screwed up because that morning I did the exactly *wrong* thing and ate not one but two cream cheese frosted blueberry bliss bars. So much for no fat bile building food. I was properly contrite and decided to go ahead anyway due to being that sort of impatient person.
So, tossed back the epsom like a pro. Well, suddenly after only this first dose I am running to the bathroom. How can this be? Well, I'm not sure why it happened so soon. To my surprise, there were what looked like stones floating. But what were those huge slug-like looking things? Had I somehow eaten several large mushrooms the night before and forgotten to chew them? Noooo.
Against my better judgement and my commitment to this website, I flushed them without closer examintation. Truthfully, I did not want my husband to catch me swilling around in the toilet bowl. Yes, I'm shallow like that.
Well he went to bed and i made another trip. More slugs. This time, I screwed up my courage and fished one out, still not thinking it was anything really. Then I took a closer look. It was over an
inch long and about 3/4 of an
inch wide. It was beige and had what looked like a mouth. I said (using other words) "oh my".
I spent about a good 2 minutes flattened against the bathroom wall looking for a stick or some other blunt object. If that thing moved, I swear I would have charged it and pounded it till it was nothing but a pulverized mess.
Luckilly, it did not move. It is now 1:40 am and I cannot sleep as tomorrow is the rest of the cleanse. SO I thought I would share.
I am thrilled to have those guys out of me. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? But wow, I can't wait to see how my overall health is going to improve after this. How much of an energy drain it has been, I imagine, to have these things in me, not to mention all the stones and chaff. Already my stomach feels less distended.
Please, don't let my account put you off of doing this. I have, although doing many things for my health, been much in denial about
parasites and worms. Now, I will look forward to being able to use the energy that all this crap was just sucking out of me.
OK, end of
Liver Flush trauma rant. I will now go back to bed and try to think nice happy thoughts to my liver which I think has also been helping. And staring at the ceiling.
