Seriously freaked out now, need advice ASAP.

OK, I got my worm proof last night. A white worm about 1/2 " long
and very alive came out of me yesterday, not while I was in the bathroom either. I felt something weird and decided to check it out.
What a shocker to me, but also I relief to know whats been ailing
me for so long. I am on day 13 of Paragone.

My question is should I see a doctor for a prescription to kill
the worms. I`ve seen lots in BM but I want to kill them before
eliminating. Is this possible, and what prescription should I
ask for? I hate doctors, not looking forward to this..........
Years of Antibiotics from them put me in this situation in the first place.
